• 25% Homeowner exemption applications must be completed at https://ptd.wyo.gov/OWNEROCC on or before March 1, 2026. (or come by the Assessor’s office and we’ll help you do it online in our office.)
• 50% Long Term Homeowner Exemption applications must be completed at the Assessor's Office in the Courthouse on or before May 25, 2026. Stop in today to get signed up!
• Veteran Exemption Applications must be completed every year by stopping by the County Assessor's Office at the Courthouse or calling (307) 358-2741. Stop by or call today to get signed up before May 25, 2026.

--All exemption applications are available at the Assessor’s office in the Courthouse.
