[ARCHIVED] County-Wide Mask Mandate (Extended)

The county-wide mask mandate has been extended through December 18, 2020, or until such time as the Converse County Health Officer, with the State Health Officer's approval, issues an Order revoking or modifying the order.

Pertaining to quarantine, the WDH released their updated guidance for quarantine. Essentially, here's what it boils down to:
Best-full 14 day quarantine
Okay-if no symptoms, able to come off of quarantine at day 10 since exposure
Least preferred-if no symptoms, and negative molecular test (NOT THE RAPID TEST)collected on day 5, able to come off of quarantine at day 7.

The guidelines for isolation have not changed-still continues to be 10 days. The parameters for who would need to quarantine also have not changed. Those that come off quarantine at day 10 or day 7 need to continue to monitor for symptoms and return to quarantine if any symptoms develop.

For those currently quarantined, they have the option to complete their 14 days or move to one of the new options.

Lastly, for those that need a letter for either quarantine or isolation, the State has developed a Google Sheet where people can request their letters. Here are the links:
