Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2024, at 3:30 p.m. by the Board of Converse County Commissioners in the Community Room (basement), Converse County Courthouse, 107 N. 5th Street, Douglas, Wyoming, to consider public comments regarding an application from DUTC bn, LLC (Dutchman Renewable Power Project) for the development of a solar energy facility for the generation of up to 499 megawatts of renewable energy with battery storage. All interested parties are invited to attend. Written public comments will be accepted until the close of the public hearing; comments may be submitted to the Special Projects Coordinator at tory.walsh@conversecountywy.gov or by mailing or delivering in person to 107 N 5th Street, Suite B-6, Douglas, WY 82633.
