NOTICE OF AN ELECTION FOR DIRECTOR TO THE MONKEY ROAD IMPROVEMENT AND SERVICE DISTRICT (DISTRICT), CONVERSE COUNTY, WYOMING, AND FOR SAID ELECTION TO BE HELD ON MARCH 17, 2026
The Special District Subsequent Director election will be held by mail ballot. Anyone desiring to vote in person may do so at the Converse County Clerk’s Office, 107 N 5th Street, Suite 114, Douglas, Wyoming, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on March 17, 2026. All qualified landowners or residents for the District shall receive a ballot, and each ballot must be returned by mail or in person in the envelope provided by no later than 4:00 p.m., March 17, 2025, to the Converse County Clerk’s Office, 107 N 5th Street, Suite 114, Douglas, WY 82633. Qualified registered voters will vote upon the selection of one individual to serve as Director for a four-year term ending in 2030. Any qualified resident within the district may file for nomination for the office of Director by completing and filing with the County Clerk a nomination form between the dates of Dec. 17, 2025 to Jan. 5, 2026.
