Due to our office’s response related to the current COVID-19 pandemic, and to protect the public, we will no longer be performing non-essential services including rapid strep testing and blood pressure checks at both our Douglas and Glenrock offices. We are also asking for the public’s help with scheduling appointments, rather than walking into our office.

Our office will continue to offer family planning, STD testing, Maternal Child Health visits, Long Term Care Assessments, referral to community resources, and immunizations. Please call our office at 358-2536 (Douglas) or 436-3474 (Glenrock) to schedule an appointment.

We intend to re-establish these services as soon as we are able. We will keep the public updated when this happens. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
